Who we are
For over 14 years, I have volunteered with search and rescue organizations to help locate missing people. In every search I have been part of, violence played a role-someone had been hurt, taken, or worse.
One day, while searching head-high in a thick patch of kudzu, it hit me: it shouldn't have to get this far. Prevention was missing- and it was costing lives. That moment stayed with me. Two years later Diligently Safe was complete-a project built on hard experience, relentless purpose and the belief that we can do more to protect ourselves from violence and stop it before it starts. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
